Jessica is an HR and Total Rewards expert with experience across the financial services, academic, healthcare, and public sectors. She partners with organizations to support both day-to-day people initiatives and longer-term workforce and leadership priorities, bringing a practical and thoughtful approach to a wide range of HR challenges.

Her work spans total rewards, organizational effectiveness, and broader HR practices, supporting leaders in navigating complex decisions and strengthening teams and workplace practices. Jessica is bilingual in English and Mandarin.
